Johnson Nursery Two Way Limited Guarantee
1. Johnson Nursery, Inc. guarantees your order to be healthy and in good condition, ready to plant or we will replace at no charge if we are notified within seven (7) days of receipt. In case of damages in transport, please report the damages to the carrier, then to Johnson Nursery for replacement.
2. We guarantee the plants to leaf out and live after having been planted according to our planting guide (enclosed with order). We offer a one-time replacement or store credit for the value of the plant purchased. We cannot offer cash refunds.
3. All we ask is for you to be honest with us and to notify us by July 1st of the season of planting for full credit. We will issue half credit when notified between July 2 and August 31st of the season of planting.
4. Johnson Nursery cannot guarantee any plant purchased during a total water ban, or if it is lost due to disease infestation, extreme weather conditions, neglect or being planted outside the recommended climate zones.
Ordering Instructions and General Information
Prices and selections on plant items in this catalog are good only until May 31, 2015. Our shipping season on bare root plant items is December 17-March 30. We ship non-plant items all year.
Please include a delivery address other than a PO Box for UPS delivery. All items are delivered by UPS with insurance unless you specify another carrier. In case of damages in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier at the time of delivery of such damages, and then notify Johnson Nursery for replacement.
We do not ship COD.
If you have any questions, call our trained personnel who can answer most of your questions at once.
We ship our plants in corrugated boxes, with the root system wrapped with moist packing and plastic, so that the roots will retain moisture. Do not store the roots in water. We also pre-prune the plants before shipping at no extra charge.
We do not send acknowledgements on orders mailed in unless requested to do so.
